Shipping Information

Standard Shipping Times

  • United States: 5–7 business days
  • International Orders: 10–14 business days

Orders are typically shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are usually shipped on Monday (excluding U.S. postal holidays).

All shipments are sent via UPS or FedEx, with USPS handling the final delivery stage for U.S. orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor delivery status.

Delivery & Responsibility

If a package is marked as delivered but later goes missing, the responsibility lies with the purchaser to follow up directly with the carrier. We cannot replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered. Please ensure a secure delivery location, as no signature is required upon delivery.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs once the item is received back at our fulfillment center.

Returns & Refund Policy (Physical Products)

We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee. To qualify for a refund, all bottles must be returned—whether full, partially used, or empty—including any free or bonus bottles.

Returned items must include a written note with:

Digital Products Refunds
